A friend of mine shared a link I put up. It was a 6 billion secrets video telling people not to give up hope or commit suicide.
It meant so much to me because the video had randomly popped up on my phone and I thought God was giving me a sign since I tried to kill myself two weeks ago.
She doesn’t know this….

1 week ago, a woman got into a near-fatal car crash. As other cars passed by, one man pulled over and jumped out of his truck.
That man held the woman’s hand & didn’t leave until the ambulance arrived.
Today my mother was dispatched from the hospital.
Thank you, stranger, for being there when nobody else was.

I’ve been fighting leukemia for three years, and during this time I’ve met four other teens also battling cancer. One year ago, we made a pact: If one of us died, the others would live their life plus his in his honor.
Today, my doctor told me that the chemo isn’t working anymore.
Knowing that my friends will do amazing things because I’m gone GMH.
Four of my friends got mad at me,so I started crying. My best guy friend was still there in front of me and when tears were about to slide down my face,he just said:”No,you won’t,”and covered my eyes with his hands until I stopped crying.

19 years ago, the doctor told a mother and a father that their son would be born without legs, blind and deaf. Today, SHE is perfectly heathly and has been running cross country for 4 years. Love you mom and dad, your willigness to love your child no matter what gives me hope.
I was working with my hair pulled into a frizzy mess and was wearing a hoodie and sweats. A little girl told me how much she loved my hair.
Her mom sold me how pretty I was.
The day before my mom told me I needed to wear more make up and needed to go on a diet.
That little girl and her mom didn’t even know me.
People like them GMH.
Earlier,I broke my leg in multiple places, putting me on crutches. In the school parking lot, all the handicap spots were taken and the only spot available was at the very back of the parking lot. As I got out of my car and started hobbling to class it began to rain. A guy came up and apologized, picked me and my crutches up and carried me to class.

This site is amazing for those who are struggling to open up. It’s never okay to be put down, to be made fun of, and to feel horrible about yourself because of the way others treat you. I have dealt with so many bullies, and still do today. This site so helpful! Check it out
There was this boy in grade 5 at my school who had cancer. One day his brother in grade 3 came up to me crying. He said that his brother had cancer and his parents were struggling to pay for the operation.
I then walked up to the office and told them about it. The school raised over $3000.
The little boy always thanks me everytime I see him. He GMH
You’ve always been nothing but supportive. You didn’t treat me like a freak or like I was made of glass when I told you I was thinking about killing myself.
You knew exactly what to say to make me feel like my life is worth living, and even now, you still do.

Me and my best friend and his friend where going to eat. Then his friend says to me: “I mean look at you, you are fat.” My best friend knowing that I don’t eat a lot saw that it effected me.
He hugged me tight and said: “Don’t listen to him, he is a jerk, you are beautiful.”

I used to cry myself to sleep every night. Until I met my best friend. He talks to me every night, makes sure I’m okay, and tells me I’m beautiful.
I now have a reason to wake up each morning.

One of my close friends is trans. She is a beautiful, amazing person, but she suffers from depression because she is unable to show the world who she truly is.
Despite her sadness, she always takes time to make my day brighter.

On the bus ride home one day, a couple of boys were making fun of me, calling me names. I tried to fight back, but I was too busy trying not to cry.
But before she left, this girl who always hangs with them gave me a note saying “don’t listen to them, you are beautiful.”
I felt so happy.

Today someone wrote compliments on Post-It notes and put them on lockers all over the school. They all ended with, “Pass it on.” Soon they had circulated all throughout the school and almost everyone received a compliment.
The entire school felt happier and livelier.

A popular senior at my school committed suicide recently. He said he felt like a burden to everyone in his life. After the news came out the whole town was devastated.
I got on Facebook tonight and saw that almost everyone I know from my town changed their profile pictures to a picture of him.

I was at my 5 year old sisters dance recital. After she had preformed, we decided to stay and watch the older kids dance. In a few of the dances, there was this absoultly beautiful girl.
We knew she has, or had had cancer, because she was bald. She was smiling and having fun.
That Gives me hope.
My boyfriend took me out for lunch to olive garden (my favorite restaurant) and hid a ring in the basket of bread sticks, when I found it he got down on his knee and proposed. The entire restaurant applauded…

Peoples understanding and support GMH
Last month was my Homecoming Dance. At the dance, I saw one of the less popular girls dancing alone.
She looked amazing, but apparently no one else saw that.
So I took my group, walked over to her, and told her she looked amazing and if she wanted to dance with us.
She said it was the best night ever.
